It has been just over 10 days since President Donald Trump signed this Executive Order today, titled “Increasing Medical Marijuana And Cannabidiol Research” (basics here). As noted in this prior post, I have been struck by the relative lack of media coverage of this historic shift in federal drug policy announced by a headline-generating president.
